Can I return my product(s)?
MAGNE manufactures its products to be free from defects and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment. Should any defect occur within the warranty period, the purchaser shall notify MAGNE in writing and provide a detailed description of the issue. Depending on the problem, MAGNE may or may not authorize a warranty return authorization number. If a warranty return is authorized, MAGNE will perform an inspection of the product and, at its option, exchange or repair the product. Freight charges are the responsibility of the customer when products are returned to MAGNE. MAGNE will cover the cost of shipping the repair or replacement back to the customer. This warranty does not cover cosmetic problems, damage from improper installation or use, damages caused by shipping, and is void if the product has been modified, opened, or disassembled during the warranty period.
The following apply to all other returns:
- Items in new and unused condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund or exchange.
- A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
How do I return my product(s)?
- Please contact MAGNE at 1.888.776.2463 or 314.274.8420 or by email at service@magne-power.com to receive a Return Authorization Number.
- NOTE: Items cannot be returned without a Return Authorization Number.
- Provide RMA number and orignial Purchase Order number within return shipment.
- Ensure return is packaged appropriately to prevent damage.
- Provide tracking details for return shipment.
- When return is received, the credit/refund will be processed less any applicable fees.
